Shipping Policy

We do not ship to Michigan or North Carolina.

We usually ship most orders within 1 business day of cleared payment. Business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or holidays. This is a handling time, regardless of the shipping option selected. Once an order ships, then the order cannot be cancelled. No refunds are given for lost or stolen shipments. If the order has insurance, then an insurance claim can be filed on your behalf.

Tracking will be automatically emailed to you once the order has shipped. Please do not email us right after you order to request a tracking number. Please wait until at least the end of the next day, and make sure to check in your spam folder for the tracking email.

Address Errors

Make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before you place your order. More than likely we are not able to change a shipping address after an order has been placed, even if you email us. Orders are shipped as soon as possible, and your message may not be seen in time. You as the buyer are responsible for entering the correct billing and shipping addresses. No refunds are given in these cases.

Domestic Shipments

USPS First Class usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

USPS Priority Mail Express takes 1-3 days, depending on your location. It is not a guaranteed overnight or one day delivery. It only guarantees the time that is stated on the USPS service commitments page. This time starts after the package is scanned into the USPS system. USPS International Shipments

USPS First Class International usually take up to 45 days for delivery, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

USPS Priority Mail International can take up to 30 days, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

USPS Priority Mail Express can take up to 20 days, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

All orders may be delayed in transit by unforeseen circumstances, such as construction, weather and mechanical failure. 

Returns/Replacements

Returns are only authorized for products which are unopened. Under no circumstance will we grant a refund or replacement for opened products. Unopened products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you order, and the order is refused or returned to sender, then shipping costs are deducted from the total. You are responsible for entering your address correctly. Once an item is returned back to us, it will be inspected for damages or usage. This can take 2-5 business days. Once the item clears, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued. This can take an additional 3-7 business days to process, depending upon your payment processor.
